Established in April of 2020, as COVID-19 lockdown protocols swept the world, The Plague of Players originally began as an informal grouping of friends to perform Shakespeare’s comedies over Zoom. However, due to the popular clamour of its founding and new members, its mandate continues to grow and encompass numerous classic and modern classic works.
